Pet owners get generic answers. Staff bounce between scheduling, notes and inventory.
02What I built
Staff workspace, owner portal, three agents.
AA staff workspace: scheduling with conflict detection, SOAP notes, dental charting, inventory audit trails, billing.
BA pet-owner portal: appointments, health timeline, calendar sync, symptom logs.
CIBM watsonx agents (Llama 3.3 70B) for intake triage, discharge-note parsing and schedule optimization, plus symptom triage that escalates red-flag cases to staff.
03Result
A deployed clinic and portal product. No public metrics stated.
